Booking & Cancellation Policy

We get it, things don't always work out... but to make sure we can save your dates in our calendar, a 50% deposit is collected.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the reserved date(s) will receive full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the date of the trip or the class will forfeit deposit.

Guide services may be cancelled if weather deems unsafe operation. If an alternative weather plan is not available, customer will receive the option to reschedule at a later date.
